Longaberger 1991 Crisco American Pie Basket

The 1991 Pie Basket was the first of three baskets that made up the Crisco American Basket Series which started in 1991 and ended in 1993.   In 1991, Longaberger was asked by Crisco to create a special pie basket to celebrate the Crisco American Pie Bake Off in New Orleans.  Each participant recieved one of these special baskets, which was later made available for purchase to Longaberger's customers.  The 1992 Cookie and the 1993 Baking baskets finished the collection.

The Crisco Pie basket comes with the plastic protector and a wooden riser.
